I think I'm going to give Mom credit for this one.  I believe it was a Christmas gift in the early eighties.  In 1991 I moved out of my parent's house into my own home.  I lost a box of robots which I have recently found.  I knew I had a Spotbot (and a few others).  After nine years of being packed away, Spotbot can see daylight and roam the world as other toy plastic dogs do!

As you can see, I had fun with the picture above.  He was sitting next to my computer with his head tilted and he reminded me of "Nipper", the RCA dog in the picture "His Master's Voice".
