This is one of Tomy's all time classics.  He "hoots" while his large red eyes blink, his head turns, his wings flap, his tail wags, and his feet clack up and down on his perch.  All this is in cycles, so he doesn't do all the actions at once.  He appears to be excited about something, although I don't know what.
